This place is amazing. They have such a good selection of different wines, mostly, if not all, made on premises from my understanding. The employees were a lot of fun to hang out with and talk to as we did flights and other tastings. It’s a really fun place. We joined their wine club and it saved us a lot of money here and at their sister store across the parking lot, Rythm Brews.

Found this hidden gem during a fueling stop. I was treated to a tasting of three wines (I wasn't driving), bought the Cab and the Shiraz and a stemless glass. A very pleasant experience.

We attended the wine tasting today with Nathan. He was very informative but with a sense of humor which we appreciated. He included his personal experience into his presentation which made him relatable. The wine was delicious and we of course bought a few bottles. Thank you 7 Birches and Nathan!

Great winery! Good wines and the staff are fantastic. We loved our server Kristen she taught us what we needed to know about the great selection of wines available. The tasting was great, nice pours. The crudiments were good with the maple syrup and cheese combo adding flavor.
