I have been a patient of theirs for well over a year now and it’s been a waste of my time. I’ve had one councilor who I LOVED after she left, I was put on a waiting list and nothing even though I call often. They do not have enough councilors for their patients!!!! And I’ve had multiple psychiatrists from there, it’s like a revolving door…. Wonder why? If you’re looking for mental health help, look elsewhere!!!

This place causes my family more stress than they could ever fix with all their issues with billing and messing up appointments.

Zero communication for billing and insurance issues, appointments cancelled for past due balances that were never even billed to you, and clinicians defrauding insurance for billing for 45 minute appointments when they only served you for 20 something minutes. Your mental health is too important to trust to these people. And their receptionist is RUDE as hell if you have any questions.

Excellent group of therapists. Very caring and friendly.
