I don't think I could say enough good about Kindness. They are very clearly devoted to pet care. I'm "that guy" that considers vets like a parent considers child care and Kindness is where we stopped looking. Great people, excellent communication, and reliable care. No, it's not free and yes, they can be busy. Good service is in high demand. Highly recommend them to any reasonable person.

For years I took my cat and dog to Kindness. I had a good experience. About five years ago I moved a few towns over so found new animal care. Recently my dog started limping and after X-rays, the new place said she probably needed surgery and referred me elsewhere. After going through the list of referrals and learning that none could see her until November, I remembered Kindness and wondered if they did this type of surgery. I called them and despite not being a client for a long time, they quickly made an appointment for me. After examining my dog, Dr. Hallisey explained to me what was happening and the options to get her well. A feeling of confidence and relief came over me. It's so nice to talk to a doctor who knows what he is doing and one I trust. I have missed that feeling with my new place.

Will be looking for a new vet unfortunately. Poor customer service since covid, unexpected high price bills without explanation or consultation, condescending attitude towards questions about animal care.
