Do you like to live in an apartment with completely worn out carpet? With appliances that would make your grandparents feel nostalgic? Do you enjoy paying 2.7x the water rate set by the City of Waltham? How about if you could hear every little thing your upstairs neighbor does? Do you like that calming sound of the fire alarm that would wake you up 3 times in the middle of the night and of course as it pleases? Do you like living among the mother nature with bugs, CENTIPEDES and other insects inside your house? If your answer is YES to all (or any of these) then Windsor Village at Waltham is perfect for you. But for others, seek inspiration from Usain Bolt and run as fast as you can away from this community. Though, the maintenance team does an AMAZING job, kudos to them, they are like the spider-man trying to stop Thanos

Do NOT rent from here. Crazy fees and rent increases year-to-year. Front office misrepresented how to break the lease and made finding a sub-tenant impossible due to extremely high fees. $1500 to even transfer a lease. $700 rent increase one year to the next. Just avoid this place - don’t rent here.

The leasing office is very terrible, it's not worth any star! They charge $200/person to add/remove the name on the lease, and charge $175 for the extra parking sticker. I am a tenant that took over other's lease for the home, I didn't know if the previous tenant return the parking sticker and the leasing office didn't tell me there is no available free parking sticker for our home when I moved in last year. Our home should have two free parking sticker, and only one car has the sticker now. The leasing office wants me to contact the previous tenant to get the sticker and doesn't think that's their responsibility to get the sticker from the tenant who moved out. By the way, the maintenance team always did good job, the one star is for them.

dont worry, if your fire alarm goes off at 10:30 PM no one will ever come to fix it even after 2.5 hours of blaring alarms and 4 calls to emergency maintenance! was told they would retroactively check on my alarms this morning (too little too late) and its been another hour of no response. out of all the apartments i have rented i have never experienced such neglect. glad im paying so much in rent just to be ignored in case of emergency/fire, and the solution is to live without smoke alarms. i love my apartment, but i am so disappointed in how maintenance and management has handled this. btw my rent just went up 15% for worse service.
