My appointment was scheduled FAST. I was seen by Megan Lampron, PA-C in the Sports Medicine- Waltham. I was SO impressed by her thorough questioning to get down to the bottom of my injury. My MRI was scheduled for the next morning! Though it’s her day off, she’s calling me w my results so we can get the ball rolling on my treatment. I have to say, I’m done with that SMN office in Peabody where they treat you like cattle. If you want first class care, drive down the road a bit and be treated like a human.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with disrespectful staff. A nurse forced unwanted allergy shots on me and Joanne from the billing department was extremely rude and discredited my traumatizing experience as a patient. She spoke down to me and it is evident that she does not care about patients care, comfort or health and MGH only wants money.

The staff and Joanne are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They do not have their patients’ best interest at heart and consistently undermine their wishes to administer unwanted treatments that they then bill them for, despite assuring us they were of no extra cost.

Overall, a good place. My PCP is a good guy, very engaged with me. We use the blood lab has been fine a couple of times they had a little trouble finding a vein. We have gone there for CT scans, really good. Had one odd CT experience.
