Very nice place, very clean, very organize, peaceful, friendly people, It is a little ways a way from shopping, so if you don't have an extra vehicle, it may prove to be difficult, but other than that, I have nothing bad to say.

Best to call the park, the rates vary. Sorry I don't know the answer, we are in the RV part of the park. It's a nice place to be....
Spent the past 6 winters here. All ages are welcome but there are few things for kids to do. Yes there is a pool, shuffleboard, pickleball, there is no play ground, no basketball hoop, no baseball, no swings. It was a 55+ up until a few years ago, so activities are geared to that age group. Wi-Fi is free but painfully slow.
It is by far the nicest RV Resort/park in the Hudson area, probably in Pasco county.
