Spent the past 6 winters here. All ages are welcome but there are few things for kids to do. Yes there is a pool, shuffleboard, pickleball, there is no play ground, no basketball hoop, no baseball, no swings. It was a 55+ up until a few years ago, so activities are geared to that age group. Wi-Fi is free but painfully slow. It is by far the nicest RV Resort/park in the Hudson area, probably in Pasco county.
It's an up scale kind of place. More modern than most of the town of Hudson around it. Pleasant feel to it. I've stayed at 3 different Sun RV properties and been impressed with all.
We live here now, everyone is welcome. Scheduled events primarily in the winter month. Close to beaches clubs and restaurants. Friendly folks all around.
People are friendly, lived there for 5 years til they let kids in.
Yes they are welcoming to people of all ages. It's a very personable community, they have different group activities there.
Very good winter months mostly seniors but always kids visiting. Summer is a mixed age group. People are nice
Very clicky
