Do not expect anyone you speak with to actually know what they are talking about they will tell you what you want to hear instead of what the actual normal procedure should be, lie in their notes and then after telling you repeatedly they can take care of it call 2 months into an issue to tell you they can’t resolve it unless you pay $60

I think it's the worst company in the county has ever had called Tuesday for bulk pickup they said it would be done on Thursday Thursday they came to pick up the regular trash never picked up the bulk item pickups call that day said they were going to have pick it up with another truck 6:00pm in the afternoon came around still no pickup called supervisor Terry left him a message no response called again call center in North Carolina said oh they'll pick it up on Monday that is ridiculous had no way to contact the people down here in Hudson she said so I called the landfill set up a report I hope I don't have to wait till Monday to pick this up next call to county commissioner to signed a company that knows how to do their jobs

Republic skipped my road for over 3 months. They took our money and never picked up the garbage. It was very strange considering that is their job. I have a pretty good feeling they dont know what they are doing.

This company is a joke! Never show up when they should. When you try and call you get to talk to someone in North Carolina. Worst company I've ever done business with!

They are a horrible company! Picked up my garbage maybe once in a 3 week period. They still owe me $36 for my cancelled service. Its been over 6 months... I'm not holding my breathe. I am now with All Haul. Whom I might add, are wonderful!!!!

that won't help. they already have negative reviews on BBB. all a business is required to do is respond to a complaint. BBB doesn't have any control over how a business operates.
They give you a sticker to put on a trash can to just use for recycling

If the landfill is closed on the 4th of July don't expect to get picked up because the trucks will be full and cannot empty

Sometimes if they are damaged to the point they cant pick it up correctly they will toss them. I've had that happen to me. Or sometimes they roll down the street.
