Republic doesn't understand that when they receive payment for trash pickup, then they should pick it up. Kinda seems like a no brainer.. They won't pickup your trash. Ever. Id look for other options.

I’v been waiting for 2 weeks for mine to be picked up!!!! Emailed my county commissioner yesterday and plan to get others involved today as no pick up this morning. They drove right by my 4-5 cans of garbage!!!!! What are we paying for??🤬🤬🤬🤬

They have driven by trash cans several times in the past, resulting in my complaints. I am a single homeowner and usually have 2 trash cans in a months time. There is no break in the bill, I have inquired. How difficult would it be to monitor pickups at a location and charge accordingly? Would only require a simple computer program.

We have trash pick ups at two houses with two separate accounts 1 mile apart. One is being picked up MOST OF THE TIME (except today and it will be a second week that we don't have pick up) and the other hasn't picked up several times in the last few months.

When Republic misses a pickup, and you call the Local phone number, you are talking to someone in NC, iN or AZ. These customer service reps can only give rote answers. They send messages to your “division”. Your division is a Joke!!! They don’t respond to customer service reps Tgey don’t/won’t call a customer back AND if you go to the physical office building, they give you BS right to your face. So, what to do??? My next step is BBB cause you can’t even get a phone number for the Headquarters, which is in AZ to talk to the Big Dolkar mucky-mucks Worst company I’ve ever dealt with !!
