I have nothing but great things to share about Brian. He is welcoming, professional and his work is very effective. I'm a slightly skeptical person who has tried numerous things to help my anxiety and nail-biting habit, which I have had for as long as I can remember. Although therapy and learning through books have been helpful for me, I made some of the largest strides in my long-term issues working with Brian. I've been able to feel much more comfortable in my own skin AND have stopped biting my nails for over 2 months now. I'm honestly shocked that so many other aspects of my life improved as well: eating, exercising, relationships, etc. Highly recommend! Do not be concerned by the up-front cost, his commitment and skills are completely worth it. If you are considering taking this leap to try Boston Hypnosis, do it, you will not regret it.

I hired Brian to help me with some very unhealthy behaviors around compulsive eating that I just couldn't solve on my own. I had just come through some significant losses and hardships in my life over a multi year period - and these events were triggering a lot of fear and anxiety - which was manifesting through compulsive eating and staying stuck in negative thought loops. Brian has a chest of coaching tools. He used a lot of hypnosis with me to provide the space and focus on root cause. But also used some provocative coaching techniques as well. I started to feel better immediately - within 2-3 sessions. This said, we did end up taking a deep dive into some very old memories and events that cropped up for me during the process that, at times, were very difficult. Brian served as a skillful guide in that process and offered a safe and trusting environment. I can definitively say this work has completely solved the unhealthy behaviors I was exhibiting within a few months. But ultimately, Brian did work with me over a ~ 12 month period to help me work through those old memories and trauma from my childhood. Not once did I feel I was taking too much of his time or I was a lost cause.....he is truly invested in your success. As long as you are working hard to progress, he is on your side and will do what it takes to get you across the finish line. Brian is a quintessential professional who treats his clients with kindness, care and respect. I cannot say enough about the work that Brian does. The work I have done with him has completely changed the trajectory of my life. Lastly, another cool thing about Brian is that he truly enjoys hearing about your (newfound) success and happiness afterward - truly unique and refreshing. Best money I ever spent. Thanks again, Brian.

I saw Brian more than a year ago and he is really amazing. I was not sure what to expect, as I am a very skeptical person, but I was highly impressed after the first session. He took his time (as long as you need) to fully understand the situation, he is kind and genuinely cares about his clients. He can be very direct too, and the sessions can be intense as you go deep into your situation. When I went to see Brian, I was dealing with high levels of stress at work, emotional issues + and a cycle of Cluster headaches (not a great combination). During the sessions we went through a lot of old memories and experiences, then I was given some homework! Brian is not a magician, but his stuff truly works If you are willing to put an effort. Brian provided me with great advice and skills that I can use in everyday situations. I was able to let go stuff that I was no able to control and focus on what I can control. I was even able to reach a new level of relaxation that still helps me with my cluster headaches. I had my sessions more than a year ago, but recently I called him to ask for advice, and he was very diligent in responding! Brian once again provided me with great advice. I am very thankful, he is making a positive difference in people's lives - Gracias Brian!

Brian is the most caring and creative therapist I've ever worked with. During a difficult time in my life, he pulled me out of the darkness and helped me find hope again. After a few sessions, I was sleeping again (after months of insomnia), which got everything headed in a better direction. He helped me to heal a problem that I'd been dealing with for almost 5 years. Using his techniques, I was able to start visualizing and communicating with the thing that (I thought) was causing me so much distress. Brian taught me so many skills that I can use for the rest of my life, helping me to better understand my own imagination and heart. Instead of labeling me and throwing me in a bucket, he was incredibly compassionate and took the time to truly understand what I was going through. Also, his sessions last as long as you need. I never once saw him glance at a clock or ask me to wrap things up. He genuinely wanted to spend all the time necessary to help me. I am so grateful to Brian and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Thanks for your question. Yes, I do offer smoking cessation services. I'm a lot more comprehensive that what most folks looking for, though - basically because I consider it to be a matter of life or death. So working with me is more time/effort/money than most people expect when they think of getting a hypnotist to help them quit smoking. That said, I guarantee results and my clients are very successful. Feel free to give me a call if you'd like to talk about it in more depth. Thanks again.
No, I'm not the Russian. He's over in Brookline.
