We recently experienced a fire in our condo building and had to relocate to a new place quickly. We found a great apartment at the Troy. Mohammad has been amazing during one of the most difficult times in our lives. He has welcomed us into the building and made our transition into a new home easy. He has helped coordinate the delivery of packages and furniture because we really have nothing and everything is being delivered all at once while we are trying to work. His professionalism and level of service is the highest standard. I’m so glad we found this building.

I first visited the apartments in 2015 when they were new and under different management. Over time, the quality of the facility has diminished. There are public spaces that haven't been as nicely maintained as one would expect for a luxury building. Mohammed in the leasing office was very pleasant and helpful. I didn't interact with anyone else but he left a favorable impression.

The five stars here are as a prospective tenant and mainly for one employee. Damion was extremely helpful, patient and very nice during the whole process to lease an apartment in the Troy. The building seems to have great amenities and nice, if small, apartments. As a former tenant in an Equity building, I can say that Damion is one of the best employees I've come across. He made the whole process a pleasure and excitement, and really made us want to move to the building.

Toured the Troy and was very impressed. The negative reviews did not reflect the experience I had. The building has a cozier feel than others I've toured and the pricing is competitive for the great South End location. Mohammad helped me out and I'm very much looking forward to working with him and being able to move in hopefully this March!
