Fantastic Apartments. The staff at the leasing office we're extremely helpful. Manager and Jack guided me through entire process very patiently and answered every question I had throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend Velo Apartments.

Tenants expect when they pay top market prices top service. Building 3368 was difficult to keep clean. Carpets were only shampoo it seems once a year and spills were not removed most of the time. If there was a complete cleaning crew maybe this would be a better review. Luxury Buildings should be just that clean and well kept. Three years three different management companies is not a good record. Hope someone can make a decision on how Velojp is a Luxury complex someday. Rent increase $1000 was not worth staying.

Been trying to get an apartment in this building but the staff makes me feel like they just don't want to help. The most unresponsive and least courteous staff I have ever come across. I went for a tour and the staff wasn't bothered to talk or explain, felt like I was asking for a lot by asking for a tour. Anyhow, I liked the building and the price so thought I would still apply but that's now a new challenge for me .Been struggling to apply for an apartment because the staff doesn't respond.
