This is the worst experience with any bank and all I'm trying to do is open a business account in person because I have questions and online isn't clear. I have made multiple attempts to make appointments online and in person but the bankers could careless when they no longer get monetary incentives. It was so easy to get help from a personal banker when they use to get bonuses for each account they opened. Now you literally got to chase them down and beg for help because the greeter at the door always claims to know nothing...only a banker can help. Since I had no luck with making an appointment...I came in as a walk in today....which they said I can do. Well....I've been sitting here for 4 hours. The bank traffic is very slow today. The most people in line I saw within that 4 hours is 3 people at once. Only 1 person currently is seeing a banker to open an account...no one else waiting and no other personal bankers in sight to open an account. Well there is one banker but he came out his office and has just been walking around chatting with co-workers the past 30 mins as if he's been waiting on his next appointment when he could have been done with me within that time. Not one person walked over to me to see if I'd been helped all this time. I was not a priority. The questions I have are not clear online so speaking with a personal banker is the only option. I tried scheduling an appointment again online but somehow the 20 banks in my area (SB, Rialto, Highland, Fontana), the online system is saying they don't have appointment schedules to chose from which is odd because like I said....it's slow and dry in here so why isn't here anyone to help me in all this time nor any appointments in the near future? So you're telling me your bank is booked for the rest of the year for appointments to open a business account? I decided to just go over to Chase. Right before starting this review, I logged on to Chase Bank. It was easy to make an appointment there. It took me 5 mins when it's been over 7 days and over 4 hours just today trying to schedule with Wells Fargo. This is not a bank for the people. Once I open my Chase business account and now a regular checking as well, allllll that money that I have sitting in my regular Wells Fargo accounts and scheduled to be wired into my accounts will be transferred to Chase and my relationship with Wells Fargo will end. Because this shouldn't be that hard to do.

Walked in to this branch, greater was bussy talking to one of the associates.. nothing related to work form what i could tell, so after she realized im standing she asks me if i needed anything... then i get send to this other associate . Im asking her quiestions to what it seems she is making everything up just to answer me ... worse customer service and lack of knowledge..

If there was a 0 stars option, I would rated a 0. Customer service is horrible! The tellers have attitudes and one of them is a young girl. She never greets, always tries to rush me out. I believe her name is Stephanie, very rude. I will close my account as soon as I can.

They are very deceitful when opening accounts. I have taken Money Orders up to the ATM and they have all been returned. And they said they would be mailing them back. When I got the mail I find out then that they are copies of the money orders. So now I cant even send them back onto Money Gram and get my money back. So I guess they want me to just walk away from $803......,,, NOT!!!!
