Line's at the pharmacy are ridiculously long and the staff is always changing, so it seems each new member has to be trained and that slows everything down, I'd change to a different pharmacy but they have parking and are nationwide.

Came here for passport photo on a Saturday.. due to worker having an attitude about providing this service and taking a long time to do so.. I left frustrated and called store afterwards to complain about the bad experience and a resolution. Spoke with shift manager Sandra x 2 who kept informing to speak with store manager. Store manager Nika is only there weekdays until 5 so it was hard but reached her days later.. explained and expressed I wanted a refund.. came in and some with Nika who spoke to cashier Jose and she said he would assist. Jose was busy and took his time then went to the photo area where he was going to assist another customer. I informed I wanted a refund and he said that’s not what Nika told him and for me to go back and wait in check out line for someone else to help. Cashier in check out said she couldn’t do a refund and for me to go to another line because she didn’t have cash. I paid by card so didn’t understand.. finally refunded but WOW! Nika should have stuck around to ensure that it went well! The entire staff is unprofessional and have no customer service skills.. No one was helpful and wasted a lot of my time. Will not spend my hard earned money here again.. it’s close to my house but I will travel for a drug store going forward!

Store details on store and Google state they open since 7am. Waited 7am-7:45am and no one opened but lights on inside store. Also ridiculous long waits on 1 long line for everything. FedEx and purchases same line delaying checkout process. Worst store

Arrived on time for a 10am appointment today for the first vaccine. Some time between 10:30am and 11am an employee inquired if I had an appointment. We were informed someone called out and the pharmacist was busy but would vaccinate in a bit. Left about 12:10pm without being vaccinated.
