While recovering from an illness, called the front store to see if something I needed was in stock. First two times, they hung up immediately. Third time, it rang for literally 10 minutes before I gave up.

This place is in need of new management that actually knows what they're doing. They are careless and unorganized. Having customers wait long hours and leaving one employee at a register is NOT how to run a CVS. I need an employee's assistance. I don't need to be sent to self service. I saw a manager get angry at an employee for helping customers, instead of sending them to a self service register. Unbelievable! Fix this.

This Pharmacy is horrible traveled from Work to home (i work in Hempstead)and they still had me on hold even when I showed up to the PHARMACY. And they showed 0 care

The male manager is absolutely disrespectful he treats new employees horrible and talks to them in the most horrible way. This place needs new management, and not the toxic environment this management provides
