This place was pretty ridiculous. We bought a boogie board here that broke within five minutes of me using it. When I went in to take it back, with the receipt, they said they do not do beach returns. “It says so on the receipt,” they told me. The problem is that you don’t get a receipt until after you pay for it. I asked if we could at least return it for store credit, and the guy at the front said no. I asked the manager and he held to his script: “all purchases are final.” Since I had my kids with me, they were really excited to buy a few trinkets. We bought a necklace. As soon as we walked into the parking lot we realized the clasp was broken. At this point, there was no way I was leaving with a broken necklace so the cashier didn’t fight me on swapping it out. But overall: cheap stuff, over priced, and zero customer service effort put in by the staff. Save your money and your time.

They put higher price tags over what's supposed to be the price. Then when you ask about the price difference they tell you oh sorry that should've been covered up with our price. Went to the Blue Reef instead.
