I am helping my father claim his German citizenship (I'm next!) and every time I've visited the people behind the desk have been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly in their assistance. We are very lucky in New England to have this team here. Thank you!

Guten Tag! I have a question for you that may or may not fall under the auspices of a Consulate and if not please just let me know. I wanted to know what is the most respected newspaper in Germany and the name of a journalist or editor. Danke

Ted Kelley | Sep 9, 2019
Catrin Weimbs | Sep 9, 2019

There is no single "most respected" newspaper or journalist in Germany. There are several reliable and objective news media including Süddeutsche Zeitung, Frankfurt Allgemeine Zeitung, Die Zeit (all news papers). As for TV, I would recommend Public Channels (ARD and ZDF) and their corresponding radio programs as well as Deutsche Welle.
