If i could give one star, I would!! I got a lip piercing (ashley piercing) and it was very poorly done. The piercing was crooked, the jewelry piece was wrong, the jewelry fell out after two hours and when I reached out to them, it took them days to respond, even after seeing the message after I had sent it. $55 dollars down the drain, no support or help. DO NOT GET YOUR PIERCINGS DONE HERE!

I had heard bad thing about this place but decided to give it a chance for getting my nose pierced. It was not done in the spot I had asked for and when I asked if they could fix it for a discounted price they blamed me and said it was not their fault. They lack good custom service and professionalism.

Recently a friend got her belly button pierced, she's is a bigger set girl who needed a longer bar put in, he used a standard 14 G for a starter piercing bar. Her belly button was infected, red, and swallowing the piercing. She began to lose pigment in her stomach until I took out the jewelry and cleaned it completely. I do NOT recommend going to this place. Every pierced should size out the jewelry before placing.

I had been warned about this place, and I had seen their poor tattoo work and heard complaints about infection and screwed up tattoos. Their reputation proceeds them, as we all remember when they got shut down for poor conditions and selling cocaine a few years ago. Still, I just wanted a piercing, and a simple one. I figured that they could do that, especially because they are closer than the place I wanted to go to (Vermont Custom Tattoo and Piercing in Burlington, they do awesome work!). I called ahead of time and was quoted an (apparently) incorrect price for what I wanted. I got there and waited for 20 minutes while the guy tattooed someone else, which is no problem, except that he was carrying on a loud conversation about smoking weed and doing pills. When I finally told the guy what I wanted pierced he insulted my choice. I opted out after he told me what he would charge me, because it is worth the drive to Burlington for cheaper, cleaner, better work. That, and I don't want someone working on me who isn't professional and doesn't make his customers feel comfortable. He then said that other places would do poor work compared to him, and tried to pressure me into letting him pierce me. When that didn't work, he told me to come back when other places "screw it up" and insulted me on my way out the door, while I was being plenty civil. He couldn't have been older than 22 or 23 and doesn't seem to have any grasp on professionalism. Interesting experience, but I wouldn't recommend it.
