No, you can't buy for recreation in shops in Vermont per state law.

I guess ,I have a medical card and been to other dispensary, patients alliance is the best in the state people that work there are the Best!!!!!!

We are not allowed to take out of state cards unfortunately. Hopefully that will change in the future. However you no longer have to designate a specific dispensary and there is no longer a 30 day 2 ounce limit. Limit is now 2 ounces per transaction and you can go to any dispensary you want if you have a Vermont medical MJ care.
