You have to have a medical marijuana card issued to you by the Vermont Department of Public Safety, which you can only get after a doctor's referral.
You have to be an established patient for three months, have one of the qualifying conditions, and get a doctor's signature on the medical form. If you are requesting for PTSD, you must submit from your licensed mental health counselor. There are additional requirements for mental health, but without looking them up, I don't remember the specifics. Hope this helps.
