I went in to have a paper printed and the clerk with green hair was so helpful and walked me through the entire process. Thank you

Jenifer is awesome. She was able to reduce my label costs because apparently whoever originally did it they got all the bells and whistles and it was going to be about 8x more expensive. I was about to go somewhere else my Jenifer sing-handedly retained this customer! Thanks Jenifer!

Just OK. I was shipping one document internationally but they still wanted me to sign 4 copies of a commercial invoice, which according to the FedEx website isn’t needed for documents (and which I’ve never needed to do before when shipping docs overseas). Otherwise OK experience, but they don’t have self-serve shipping forms available (just envelopes) and sometimes there’s a wait. Edit: The manager of the location called me and explained that they’ve started doing these forms for ALL international shipments (docs or not) because they’ve had trouble recently with shipments without them. It would have been helpful if they’d told me this when I was at the store shipping it.

They can take passport photos, but they do not process the paperwork. The county clerk processes the paperwork.
