Amazing location. They always work with you and have discounts. The vibes are always amazing and Dina is the best. I had a few issues with things I bought there and she made sure to make it right.

Their prices are obscene: for example, a little $30 bubbler will be marked at $100, and then they'll tell you that they'll give it to you for $70 because they understand you're a student/veteran/poor person. They won't return or exchange items, even if unused and still in packing the store. And if you get ripped off by them and very tactfully ask the manager whether they'd like to make it right, he'll just shrug and say you should have checked everything before you came in to shop! Some people who work there are nice and try to help, but the management has no ethics at all. Do NOT go there unless you have absolutely no alternative, and if you must shop there, make sure to check prices and indications of genuine pieces vs. fakes.

Very friendly and helpful staff that care about your needs more than selling the most expensive items. The selection of glassware is good and includes pieces from many local artists. When I go here, I feel like a long time friend even though I'm a relatively new customer.
