I'm updating my review from a two to five as they have now dropped the requirement of not coming in with your pet during the examination they are the best I have ever encountered I would recommend this veterinarian clinic in a heartbeat. They have proven time and time again that they aren't just after my money I took a cat there once for a bad tooth and they were going to extract it but then came out and told me that the tooth had fallen out of his mouth just before they started to get ready and did not charge me that speaks a lot to how these people work

We've been bringing our pets to Colonie Animal Hospital for a very long time. It is a great place. The people there are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. They have taken such good care of each of our pets, 6 over the years. Great place to bring your pets!!

Every member of the staff that I talked to was friendly, answered any questions I had, and they take COVID seriously. It was beyond difficult to even find a place that accepts new clients in the Albany area during this pandemic, but they did. Great experience so far!
