I have been a valued Best Fitness member for over 8 years. I love how they are constantly always upgrading their facility and rumor has it there are more upgrades to come! They have the best group fitness classes around. Specifically, BFitt is the best in the capital district!

I have been a member of Best Fitness for 12 years and I love it. You can't beat the price point for all of the services that are offered! The wide variety of classes/times, accompanied with a huge cardio deck and weight floor, is perfect for accomplishing my fitness needs. You can't beat this one stop shop in the capital region. The staff is friendly and helpful, too!

I got to say services are a bit pricey. However I do say the price paid is worth it. With that being said I am impressed by the cleanliness of the gym, there is always people doing cleaning. Access to sanitizers is always available. The staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous. Honorable mention to Emily C, she had been my trainer for a month or two and she has helped me lose 12+lbs and I've been able to keep it off. She always shows up with energy positivity... grueling workouts 😆😆😆...and keeps pushing and helping me get the best of my workouts. I've added on average additions of 50+lbs to all of my workouts since I've started training. Thank you to all the staff and instructors that contribute to the gym and for everything you all do.

Best Fitness is, in my opinion, the tops in fitness facilities. They've refurbished the gym with new areas, they keep their equipment in top working order, the cleanliness is excellent, and they have a wide range of machines and free weights. But what separates Best Fitness from the rest are the people. The staff are super friendly and most helpful and want their customers to be the absolute best they can be. And as for the customers? They are just as friendly. Best Fitness is a most welcoming gym in every regard.
