Worst location. Don’t get me wrong, the food is fine. I’m talking about the customer service. I consistently wait 30+ minutes from mobile order to when it’s ready, and it’s not even busy! Last time, I accidentally mobile ordered at the wrong restaurant. So I’m standing in line cause you go inside to pick it up — there’s no one at the counter for 10 minutes. Finally, a woman comes up and asks if I’d been helped, I tell her it’s a mobile order. She mutters something and shuffles to the back. I never see her again. Another 10 minutes goes by, finally the manager comes up and is like, “Uh, have you been helped sir?” I said “oh it’s a mobile order” thinking they’re still making it. He says “let me check out your order” and that’s when I find out I mobile ordered at the wrong restaurant. The point is, the mistake was all me for ordering at the wrong restaurant — but why did I have to wait for 20 minutes to find this out, while my wife referees hungry kids in the car. Unacceptable customer service.

The absolute worst service I have ever received there is no reason for anyone to have to wait 45 minutes in line just so they can take their sweet time and give you an attitude after asking for a corporate number she slammed the window! After receiving my food I was no longer hungry from the disgust of the attitude and the way they treat people and after viewing all the reviews and negative comments people are posting something needs to be done and I need corporate to contact me now or further actions unbelievable!

Here me out. The food is Never the problem. Every time I eat here I'm satisfied with the food. The service however is hit or miss. Some times when you go your in and out quickly. Others time you'll be waiting for quite awhile. I guess certain crews are more with the swiftness than others. Again.. food is always good. The wait time however DRASTICALLY varies

Seriously what is the problem with the majority of fast food establishments in this part of Florida??! With the extremely long drive thru wait time you would think your order would be correct…But that would make sense. Clearly BK likes to con their customers into thinking they are getting what they ordered until SURPRISE you get home and find a totally different sandwich.
