Guy said he was the assistant Manager on Friday, Sept. 9th at 5pm, 2022. I placed an online order for take out. He forgot my sweet potatoes, when I went back to get them, he handed them to me, and they were ice cold out of the fridge. He acted like he hated being there, like he was just tired. My caprese sandwich was almost warm and had no tomatoes on it. Very little cheese. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. I will not be eating at the crossroads store anymore unless it is just a smoothy. It was awesome.

The manager LEAH is rude as hell. Not only is she rude with customers but she’s especially rude to her employees. I overheard her speaking rudely & disrespectful to another female employee. I will never step foot in another Tropical Smoothie again since these are the type of people the company chooses to hire & employ.

This review has been on my to-do list for a while. I enjoy visiting this shop. One person that stands out is Leah. I'm always welcomed by name. assures me that the smoothie I ordered is what I received. A constant smile. This store wasn't as pleasant before she started working here. For a while, I visited frequently. She would see me pull up with my smoothie freshly prepared. She once met me at the door with a smoothie. exceedingly great service. Now that I work with everyone, they all welcome me by name. inquires for my wellbeing. She is the type of person who spreads positivity.
