I've been in the floral business now for over 30 years, dealing exclusively with Pennock and DVFlora. I balance my orders between the two companies solely because when one company doesn't have what I need the other company does. Many of times, Pennock has the better-price, better-quality, and I prefer to see things (flowers and materials) "in person", too. I miss the days when DVFlora had a "show room"... Of course there are times that I receive flowers that are not of good quality, from both places. My sales-rep at Pennock (Jodi) never questions me; she gives me credit onto our account, and if it needs to be replaced (if I must have it, I can't get around not having it), she makes it happen. There have been a couple of times that Jodi made a night-delivery to our shop on her way home from Pennock because something was forgotten or left-behind, or something just came in! That's "good customer service" folks! I see quite a few people have made terrible reviews, even naming specific people in the Pennsauken location, and I find it revolting and disturbing! Of course you'd expect top-quality, so do I! If you don't get it, you email your sales-rep, explain the situation and they will make right for you! To say something like, "during Valentine's Day I didn't get the service and product I wanted AND I CALLED...." is incredibly childish. Many of times I didn't get what I wanted/needed, I didn't take the time to bad-mouth them in a review, I sent an email to my sales-rep and when she had the moment, she would email me back and let me know what she can do to help me. It's a VERY BUSY location, year-round! If you're going to call, expect to wait a bit...you're not the only one calling! Someone went as far as to mention one of the office-staff, Vanessa. Pennsauken would fly apart if it weren't for her, she just recently got an assistant in there but before the assistant she's been the only one in that office that handled all the paperwork - to bad mouth her over not receiving credit "in a timely manner" is extremely self-absorbed, rude, and arrogant! When my sales rep is out of the office, Chris Schaffer handles my orders and I've NEVER had a problem with him! He's always high-spirited, positive, very professional, and quick to get things done/make things happen. I admire his energy, and I respect and welcome his suggestions when something is either out of stock or not available at all. Of course I've had problems with product in the past, but all of my issues were resolved within a timely-manner. For the past 30 years I've seen many faces come and go at this location..., even in this industry as a whole. This industry has always, always, always rebounded in a positive manner after a bit of time that seems tumultuous. This is one of those times, just after a Pandemic. If there is anything I can pass along to anyone reading this: "if you don't/can't adapt to changes that happen anymore on a regular basis, then get out of this business before your horrid-attitude rubs off onto your customers."

The staff was nice but the flowers wilt fast. As a small business owner, I wouldn’t go back there just to disappoint my customers with flimsy flowers. Sad
