Other than that, we have a current waiting list of about a year. We are still accepting applications. Rent is based on applicants income. Hello and thank you for your question. For this property, Lutheran Senior Residence at Pennsauken, we only accept seniors age 62 and older. This location does not accept anyone under 62. Our Roosevelt Solar Village location is also for seniors, but it does accept any age if the person is disabled.
