Arrived at 4pm for a 1600 appt. Was told to park on street until ready for door. Between 6-7pm assigned a door n finally loaded at 1245am. Slow loading

If I could give -5 to this facility appointment was last night at 10 PM it is almost 10 AM, 12 hours driver doesn't have yet a door. I call this very irresponsible !! you either need to fix this problem or you will loose all your costumers. Driver's don't go there you will loose your time !

I respect your opinion, I work with the company and to date I have not seen any racism in the shift that I work we have all kinds of races from Latinos to Americans and we have good relationships, the bosses who work my shift are very respectful people apart from that we have a Union for when we have any difference I advise you that if you felt like this, do not remain silent, talk to the superiors, I know they will help you, good day
