I have never been to a Miguel's Jr.....I did not like. One of the most underrated Mexican food chains in the IE and surrounding areas. Chile rellano good. Chile Verde Good. Hard Shell Tacos Good. Burrito right size and Good. Chips Good. The only criticism is maybe the chips and salsa bar closed due to some restrictions.

Usually good but after a long absence I went back. I'm pretty forgiving but I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and when I finally got my food, it was cold and the meat was watery. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

Food was alright. The refried beans kind of made the burrito. Chile verde pork wasn't very tasty or plentiful. Tortilla was good. Not a great value or gustatorial wunderkind. About a 15 minute wait to prepare one burrito at 2:30p in the afternoon. Seemed way too slow. Staff wasn't rude, but not friendly either. All in all, I tried Miguel's Jr for the first and last time.

First time eating here and I won’t be coming back. Had tostada salad and can’t say it had anything to do with tostada salad at all. My wife had chicken enchiladas and she said they were the worst ones ever. I don’t understand the positive reviews, but this restaurant proves that you can suck at what you do, but still can be successful! Too many idiots that keep coming back

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Are the best , all with a proper mask on plexiglass at the drive-thru window, no hand held credit card you insert and remove your own, they handled your food on top of a food tray to keep proper social distance the safest experience in the food industry.

why can't they provide any nutrition info' or even an ingredients list for their side of beans? (i've already emailed their offices about it twice: they responded that they DON'T HAVE ANY SUCH INFO' AVAILABLE: is that even legal?)

The law says that you need nutrition information when you have over 20 locations. So it's not required, but it would sure be appreciated if they were to provide it anyway.

why do they say "your order number will be called out when it's ready", & then NOT call it out but instead keep it unreachable on the chef's central counter while it goes cold?

Never had that issue, but will not go back for their Cheese Enchilada dinner, had. Whole plate of thick orange grease, made me sick. Only thing I will order now is the Or chat a drink its really good.

why don't they fix their headsets so that orders can be made in the drive-thru (instead of wasting customers' time)?

What's the difference between Miguel and Miguel jr

Miguels is a fancier, cloth napkin eatery. Pricier than Miguel Jr. which is a fast food version of Miguels. Both have excellent food.
