My first time visiting Eltorito's in approximately 20+ years or so. The Deep Fried Ice Cream and Mexican Bread Pudding still taste great!!! I also had the Chicken Caesar Salad.

Met some friend for happy hour on a weekday and service was fast but definitely feel that food could improve. Drinks were great but again food could be better. It tasted bland to me and portions were wayyyy too small and overpriced.

Yes, they do! It's almost the same as before, except they serve you at the buffet line. We went at 10:30 a.m. and it didn't get packed until about noonish. You can also make reservations on here (google).
Tables are spaced out, everyone wares masks except when eating, also takeout requires mask.
They may not be taking mothers day reservations day of, but you can always call in your reservation any other time of the year.
I Believe you can Reserve for 10 if done in advance. But if you go without a reservation, it's not likely that you will all be able to sit together. It has to do with each individual El Torito Restaurant, and how busy they are.

Yes they're great but you do have to sit in bar area for the $1.50 tacos. Still a great meal.
