Joining start has been a life-changing experience. I gained such confidence from the way they teach you about nutrition and their unique way of training is like no other experience I’ve ever had. I never expected at 58 years old to be healthier and stronger then my 20s 30s and 40s simply incredible!!

Loving my experience at Stark! Love that I can focus on strength training with my coach, learn what cardio I need to do, have medical labs done and reviewed by a doctor, and have a nutritionist tell me my food sensitivities (w/blood work). You have a team of people who work together for you. Each program is designed per your ability after being evaluated by a chiropractor. I’ll be moving back to the east coast in the Fall and hope you guys expand to the east coast someday. I’ve had a great trainer there but this is next level. Thank you!

There's not enough words to explain just how incredible Stark is. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The integrative approach Stark has is so unique you can't find it anywhere else. My experience here at stark has been life changing. This place has also transformed my way of thinking when it comes to health and fitness. Everything here is backed by science and Stark does an outstanding job making things clear and structured for each individual to follow. What ties everything together though is the amazing service you get at Stark. This is the place if you want to make real changes.

Joining Stark in 2021 was the best choice I have ever made for my physical, and even mental, wellbeing. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a celebrity in the best way possible. Everyone was so genuinely excited to meet me! My experiences with each facet of my team at Stark have been top notch. From chiropractic care, to training, to naturopathic medical services I have never felt more supported. Stark has taken great care to hire experts in their fields and it shows. Make the call, you won't regret it!

In order to appropriately tailor the workouts to each individual, we need an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of a person’s body. All of our pricing is a la carte. For patients of our naturopathic medical doctors or chiropractors, all that is needed is an initial appointment/consultation, after which, pricing and treatment can be determined. For fitness, nutrition, and personal training services, the first step is to purchase and go through The Ultimate initial package, at which point you will then begin paying for personal training sessions. They are sold in packages of 10 sessions, and the frequency with which packages of personal training sessions need to be purchased is dependent on the frequency with which you train. All ongoing assessments, workout programs, and nutrition coaching are included in the cost of personal training.

How do I know who my personal trainer will be?

STARK - Tustin/Irvine | Aug 23, 2020
STARK - Tustin/Irvine | Aug 23, 2020

The first factor in determining who your personal will be is schedule/availability. Certain trainers have more/less availability than others. If schedule allows, you can train with whoever you prefer, whether that is based on personality fit or preference of a male/female trainer. Also, it should be noted that your training programs remain the same regardless of which trainer you work with. This allows you to train with multiple trainers as well as switch to a different trainer at any point.
