Custom Insoles. Scheduling the fitting was horrible. Told they would take 2 weeks, told after 5 weeks they had had them for 2 weeks without telling me. Tried to schedule fitting. Waited on hold for 30 mins just to get hung up on. Tried again, was told soonest fitting was 3 weeks out. Dr that did the initial impressions. Wonderful. EVERY other aspect of this experience was horrific. Would rate in the negative stars if available. You might not have a choice. But if you do. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The respiratory specialists like Jeff are outstanding and responsive and helpful and will help you be successful with your equipment. I have found the rest of them to be poor on communication and horrible on follow up. If they weren’t the low bidder with my health plan i would go in another direction. Never had these problems with APRIA. Feel free to contact me I will give you an earful.

I had a major problem with ordering my Ostomy supplies because of new insurance. I usually get my supplies auto delivery but because of the new year and new insurance they didn’t come. I called S&G and a rep told me there was no authorization so I called my doctor. Bottom line there was authorization but the rep didn’t look far enough. When I called back I reached a rep name Michelle K. What a wonderful representative she was! She got on her computer went through everything found out where the authorization was got my supplies all set up to be sent out today. You could tell she really enjoyed her job and wanted to help. Too bad there aren’t more companies that have employees like this young lady.

I am disheartened this company is still in business and that others have to suffer them. My unfortunate experience started when I needed an eta for the delivery of several items(the home oxygen compressor was the critical component) from SG, in order for my father to be discharged from the hospital. Everything that needed to be done for him at the hospital was completed, so we were waiting for SG. Once I as able to get someone on the line, the dispatcher was unable to get a hold of the driver, which caused us to be stuck in the hospital for several hours. When the driver arrived at my parents home, he did not happen to have all of the items we expected. He also mentioned we were lucky that he even had some of the items in his truck when he arrived. It took several days for all of the items to be eventually delivered to my parents home. My contempt for this company is not with the drivers. I feel bad for them, due to the shortage of drivers mentioned by one of them, the lack of coordination with the warehouse and the associated logistics necessary for them to deliver items and communicate accurate time frames to their customers. Finally, upon requesting for SG to retrieve their items, of course they are “faster” in dropping off the equipment than they are to pick them up(due to their billing cycle, as stated by the representative that I spoke with). It seems this company made a deal with the devil, in order to secure consistent customers through the insurance companies and their clients. If you are able to, find another home care service to handle your needs.

NO!!! SG Homecare will constantly charge your card WITHOUT PERMISSION!!! and they will do nothing to reverse or fix the over charges.
Staff here will answer the phone and LIE to your face and smile about it. This is the worst company, death would be easier.
