The lady at the drive thru taking orders at the menu was really short when taking our order. I was trying to order multiple things and she just kept cutting me off saying see you at the window. I had to tell her three times that I wanted to order more items. When I got to the window it was a young man servicing us. The lady was not wearing a name tag or I would also add that as well. But she looked to be a manager because she was wearing a black dress shirt. Burger King you need to get people to work for you that actually wants to make the company money. This bad customer service was on 6/28/22 at 5:30pm.

Burger King just isn't what it used to be in the 90's. Whoppers are expensive and cold. Isn't that odd? Anyways, if you have a spare 20 in your wallet or purse you should be good for a value meal. Don't expect much else.

What the H is this new melt supposed to be? A burger between slices of bread? Gross. And the flavor of the sautéed onions is not good. Why they do not grill or toast the bread is absolutely beyond me. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this new line of sandwiches.

nasty rat

Got jalapeno bites for first time. They appeared to be overcooked and unedible. Also purchased two whoppers, buns were dry and hard , the hamburger patties were cold ...not even warm. Will never go back to this location again.
