I ask for a egg and cheese with onion cilantro, the lady in the front was very rude saying so you don't want beans. I said egg and cheese with onion and cilantro why you keep asking me about beans. Yall need to pay attention to what the customer wants and not add anything to the list they didn't even say. Be mindful and provide customer service with a smile instead of rushing and being rude. No thanks I'll pass!

I ordered hours ahead of time and still had to wait for them to make my food... WHAT?! Why order ahead of time? There was also (what I hope) is a roasting string to tie the chicken up for cooking a whole chicken... if not... GROSS either way.

Try to get there when the parking lot is empty. Which doesn't happen that often. Tacos are great and the enchiladas reminded me of my Mom's. Great service and employees are nice and very helpful.

Cool place. The have the meat and everything out for you to see which is nice. Massive selection of food items. I got the Chiliquiles, which were good but did lack flavor. The portion they gave me was MASSIVE! I'll probably still go back and try more. Also the employees were super friendly.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it's probably not 30 min after everyone else but there is I'm fact a good explanation as to why thee could be a short period longer wait than the majority..see they have the most ordered foods and easily tossed together items out on a hot table then there are a number of dishes that need a little more prep to put together. For instance of you order a couple tacos and and some chips n salsa then bam 2 min and your eating but If your ordering let's say enchiladas or something like that where they need to prep in the kitchen then it's 10-15 min before your eating. Since most people are simple and come for the tacos and tortas they get serves much quicker.. Now of your just ordering tacos and this is still the case then they just dont like you and they let you know it and at that point I would eat elseware cuz they might be spitting in your tacos too Yuk or if you have lots time to waste sue them for discrmination just make sure facts are straight
Hi there! I have been a client of Jalapeños de Tustin for more than 20 years and one of my favorite tacos are shepherds, I have never had that bad experience with meat, I am usually very observant.
I do not believe SuperMex delivers, but they do participate in third party delivery services such as GrubHub and UberEats
