Government issued picture ID. Proof of your Social Security number, preferably your SS card. $50.00 cash for each adult in the home. Come to our office, fill out an application. Our screening company performs a background and credit check. Your application is approved or denied based on the data our screening agency discovers.

Hi Mike, thanks for your interest. Sorry, we own and rent the sites only. We don't own any of the homes. We do have two listed for sale. Both 12x40. One has an enclosed porch and two br's, asking 10K. The other is a one br, asking 9.5K. Rent is $540 month and includes water, sewer, taxes. There are some larger homes being sold privately which requires you to come to the mobile home park and contact the seller via the info on their 'For Sale' sign.

Lot rent is 520. They have mobile homes and RVs. Some people rent. Them I think. I think the owner also has 3 or 4 apartments and a couple are for sell water and sewage is City and free. Also the owners take great care of the yards and that's free. Snow removal has been great the two years I've been there
