As a property owner, it is your responsibility to make sure your property looks good. Bleecker is dirty and unkept. How long are the leaves going to stay on the ground? As a tenant I am very ashamed and uncomfortable inviting people over for a visit. The dumpsters are always full of furniture and bedding and always looks slovenly. I have lived in other apartment communities and I have never seen the grounds as unkept as Bleecker Terrace Apartments are. Maybe this is due to the property management (Kelly - rudest person on the planet or Ann - clearly a drug user). This property has not been the same sing Linda left. She was an awesome property manager. I had to take Ann around and show her the debris. Linda walked those grounds EVERYDAY and if it wasn't clean she would make sure that is was taken care of ASAP! That is what a property manager is supposed to do. If you go to the office, you can on any given day, smell the strong scent of Marijuana. How is this ACCEPTABLE? Bleecker gets bad reviews on Facebook and all the rental sites. It's a shame because it is a nice looking complex. PLEASE DO BETTER!!
