Extremely disappointed I asked for help with my query and was sent to the other end. When I got there I was asked who sent me. When I was escorted back to the first desk it became clear that the big concern was who said what. I asked to learn more about an incident that I had a newspaper copy from 1933 concerning my grandfather. 3 people at "the desk" no one could help me.
