Was invited to a fund raiser for the legion. BBQ dinner, excellent food. Commander of Post 3 extremely friendly to all. A good turn out.

Hi Andy, Post 3 has a hundred year + history. While we once had a bar & grill, our 800 members voted it down a couple decades ago. What we do have is comradery and service to the community, a great speakers' program and the best museum of military history you will find in the Carolinas. If you want the smoky bar & grill scene, Post 33 in Woodruff has a good one. I have several friends there. Come and visit us. We are on Greenville's Main Street. Kevin

One of my memberships separated National Dues from local dues this year. It was not the American Legion was it? I have my new membership Card for Post 3. Don't want to be late on anything.
