Place is crawling with drug addicts, sex offenders, drug dealers, ex cons and just unsavory people in general. The cops are called literally every night, as are fire trucks and ambulances. Some homelessness recovery programs even refuse to work with them because of the environment is to risky to house clients in. Its affordable and maintenance staff are good but it's by far the worst apartment complex in albany.
