Coast dental has been so good to me. The receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist have been great. Friendly and professional. Nicol my hygienist is so gentle and my teeth are so clean. She taught me how to better take care of my teeth and gum. I can’t thank them enough.

I got to see a dentist today. And he was nice and actually talked to me, instead of at me. The tech was very nice and was smart and kept up with the doctor. Hey I've been to some crazy dentist in my life. I'd recommend these people for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They rescheduled me 4 times in 6 months because they didn’t have a hygienist. Had my appointment at 11 and they were running 2 hours behind. Once I got in to the room, the hygienist handed me a summary with treatments without even examining my teeth first. I would think after 6 months ( and 4 rescheduled appointments) you would at least have the curtesy to check my teeth before handing me a bill?! I’m still so confused to why I wasn’t given the polish and cleaning I came in for… I walked out of there as fast as I could and called other places who accepted my insurance. This place and their costumer service is a joke. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time nor your money!

I had a fabulous visit with Dr. Pratt. The doctor is genuine really cares about his patients, is fun has never hurt me & is astute and very aware of people's feelings. I am proud to be his patient and very grateful that I was led to him. I have never had such a positive experience with a dentist before.
