I couldn't imagine choosing another facility for women's care. Beautiful office, top notch care, and hands down the best medical staff I've encountered. My favorite nurse/MA Sheila is responsive and thoughtful. Handles my worried calls and messages with kind professionalism. Recently, I came in for bloodwork and had acute abdominal pain while there. The PA-C (not my normal doc) took five minutes to look me over and suggested I head to the ER. I probably would have gone to work and toughed it out if not for the time she took out of her schedule to check in with me briefly. A few hours later, I was recovering from emergency surgery. Sheila took all my messages post-hospitalization whining in stride and kept me sane. Above and beyond. Great office, great humans.

***Beware*** Do NOT see Dr. Ranes If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5 star review I would. I had an abnormal mammogram and she did not even bother to pick up the phone and call me. I found out from my radiology group that I needed to have a further eval. Even when I called Dr Ranes 48 hours later and asked about the report and that I wanted a copy, she NEVER called me and it took me almost another week to read the actual report. Subsequently I had a f/u appt and When I asked her about why she never gave me an answer and kept dodging the question. Her response was most abnormal mammograms are nothing. She did not do a through breast exam and when I asked about that it was my fault that I didn't mention a lump to her. She will NOT advocate for you. When I indicated I was going to get a second a opinion and not come back, her response was "great" Meanwhile, after already knowing how I felt and the course of action that I would take dependent upon my diagnostic results, she had someone call me and give me the scripted response that everything is benign. When in reality, it per the ultrasound it is "Probably benign". Ultrasound showed 4 lumps and I'm going elsewhere to make sure they are benign. I repeat, DO NOT SEE DR RANES

I am surprised with the low rating for this doctors office. I had my first appointment with Dr. McCann. I was impressed from the time I walked in the door with the receptionist, to the nurse assistants who do vitals, ultrasound tech, the cleanliness and positive messages in each exam room, to the doctor and last but not least, the checkout. Everyone on the office is friendly and caring. The wait time was quick and my exam was thorough with all my questions answered. I had to be referred to Dr Ranes for a total abdominal hysterectomy. From day one, Dr Ranes was kind and professional. She has an awesome gentle bedside manner and makes sure you don’t leave without your questions answered. At no time do you feel rushed or not listened to. Initially, I was nervous, but I left with a reassurance that everything would be ok. I had a pre op appt and the surgery. Dr Ranes was caring and always listened before going into my successful surgery and visits after. My husband attended several appts and was also impressed with the care. Dr Ranes is a great and highly-skilled Doctor and I would refer anyone to her and this practice. Thank you to everyone who makes being a patient at Women's Group - Riverview such a pleasant experience!

I am highly satisfied with this office. It is very clean and there is plenty of comfortable seating inside and not those hard waiting room chairs. For the first time an office actually took my concerns seriously 10 years later and started helping me. The Doctors, office staff, Ultrasound tech and Nurse Practitioner, you all are awesome and have made very me comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your OB/GYN needs. Patient for life here.
