I live here it is a nice location it's close to every bus line that you can imagine. I don't know how safe you would call this area cuz it's considered a red zone. But it is safe enough for me to live it is what you make it wherever you live. But you must be aware you always must be on the safer side of life the units are nice. But you can make them nicer according to your taste of how you want your apartment unit to be. The property manager will work with you. Security here is so so it could be better especially late at night there are some seniors that do go out late at night and some don't. There's not too many grocery stores in this area which I think there should be one put where McDonald's is but when will that happen one only knows. There is a thrift store located in building 101 or if you can buy soaps and household needs for your apartment unit there on certain days at certain hours. There is a front deck also which is covered we will protect you from the weather.

In 2018 I moved here. In my opinion it is not condo. But it is a rather nice place to reside. This complex is senior housing for individuals over the at the age of 55 yrs old. Close to buses. Wheelchair accessible. But as covid-19 has intruded into all our lives. Please as suggestion to understand the complete details of this deadly pandemic down load the CDC APP. PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW THE REAL DETAILS BUT THEY DO

Yes they do allow pets
It could be possible that you can move in here so don't give up hope. People of the younger age sometimes come here with a disability it depends what your doctor you're just disability is and you can go through public housing and then through your doctor to get into this particular residency. But us beware this is a neighborhood of high crime and it's at all that safe most of the time the people that live here stay inside at night it is not safe to go outside if you have a disability that doesn't allow you to be around certain types of people suggestion do not move into this building. You want to be safe you are safe to particular sense of things that are in this building to protect you but out of sense you are not. No I hope I made myself clear. It is your choice where you live. Good luck in finding an apartment.
