A magnificent place to visit for history and the views of Lake Champlain. There are many places to sit and relax for a picnic.

I had no clue this place existed until I was driving to Vermont and saw it. I had to pull over and explore. It has some great views of lake Champlain too.

Crown Point is a fantastic place to walk around and expert history at your own pace. The views are fantastic and the grounds are well maintained throughout the year. Come experience an interesting historical site on the border of NY and VT.

The signage said it was open 24 hours! And it probably would be good for stars because there is not a lot right there for light pollution...except possibly the bridge!
