My mom was in rehab room 121 for over a month on the second floor at 210 Lake Park location. I must say I was scared at first not knowing if she will be okay, That first night was rough but nurse Ben made me feel so comfortable letting me know she is going to be ok and re assuring me that mom will be taken care of. That first night he made me realize she is in good hands ...... Thank you BEN ( keep up the great work you're awesome!!!!). Our experience there was beyond great. The room was clean always. she was taken care her needs was met they treated her like their mom. I must say they nurses and CNA's are great. Nurses that took care of mom Ben, Troy, Sheena, CNA that also took care of mom Sarah, Marie, Rose (fill in one night from another floor) and a few others I cant remember their names, also the therapist and doctors they were beyond great and mom had additional kids :). If you can have more nurses and CNA like the ones on the second floor it will be awesome. I have a new family and blessed to have found a great rehab with great staff. The admin office staff was great. Ms. Ordell Reid made things so easy for me. I will recommend this facility to any one any day. The only down fall was the food. The meal was horrible many days mom did not eat the looks of it would turn you off. I think they need to get someone who take pride in what they are doing and cooking. Those patience are all human and deserve a nice tasty meal and looks good to eat. I took food for mom most and I mean most of the days. You need to take a closer look at the chef and re evaluate that. Service can vegetables is not good, all the vegetables was from a can. Please take pride if the food you are serving the patient. If that was me I would be a shame to serve the food. Even when they put the food on the tray it's on there as if they don't care. Please that's all I think that need to change is the chef and they meals the prepare for those patients. Our over all experience was great we were treated like family. Once mom was happy I was happy. :) she is my pride and joy and my life line. We thank all of you ! many blessings. I will have to visit my Orlando Lutheran Towers 210 Lake Park family one day. I miss you guys Ben, Troy, Sheena , Sarah, Marie............... !!!!!! Keep up the great work .......!! Please re evaluate the kitchen chef and the food you serve !!! Again the Nurses & CNA's the best !!!!

My mom has been a resident of the Lutheran Towers for nine years now, and it has been such a great place for her. The location is ideal - right in the middle of downtown Orlando, just two blocks from iconic Lake Eola. But the best thing about it is the Towers' commitment to its residents. Their pledge to care for your loved ones is one they take to heart. It gives us a great sense of comfort knowing mom will live out her years in a place that's committed to the quality of life of its residents.

My Father and Step Mother moved to The Orlando Lutheran Towers over a decade ago. It was obvious they had made the BEST choice for their well-being both health wise and socially. Father's blood pressure dropped 10 points immediately as they found friends and made many more participating in many of the numerous in-house activities and bus trips to various venues in the area. They are both positive about every aspect of living there. My sister and I have always enjoyed visiting the Towers - the residents and staff are so friendly. The property is spacious and well kept making for welcoming and relaxing visits. We all like to walk around Lake Eola and enjoy the beautiful downtown area together! When Covid-19 hit, Dad informed us of the precautions that were taken to keep everyone safe. We are all so very happy they have a great home to enjoy their senior years!!

If you're researching a place for yourself or your loved ones, please be aware that there is a construction project being proposed for 14 stories of affordable housing to the side of Windsor Place on 404 Mariposa that will entirely block sunshine and fresh air for residents there. Owners of Lutheran don't appear to be opposed so long as they can get parking spots for their employees as part of the project. Keep that in mind, when you place your mothers and fathers here- especially if they're with Alzheimers or under memory care. If approved, their windows will face a construction site for some time, then a parking garage. See below. Short building in the shadow is Windsor Place. Red building is the proposed project adjacent.
