It has taken me a while to leave a review of this facility but I just want to say they are the best...I was in the facility for about a month because of two broken shoulders due to a fall. After my surgery I remembered names for the time I was there but after a few months it is hard to remember the names of all the wonderful people who assisted me during that time. From the cleaning personnel to the highest person; everyone was caring and outstanding. I don't think I could have made it without their help and support. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need. Thanks to all that make it happen at that rehabilitation center.

My father in law just came back after a month. He was there to get physical therapy and yo ward off his pnemonia. Pnemonia is supposedly gone but now he can't sit up by himself much less walk and can hardly talk or even turn over in his bed. He also Lost weight that we worked so hard to get on him before admission. If it wasn't for my husband and I living here he would have been stuck in the car coming home because my mother in law can't pick him up. Nevermind the pain from being lifted with fused spines. What in the world did you do to him?!

I never thought I would be a family member at a nursing home. See my mom had knee surgery a few days ago and was admitted to Palm Gardens SNF. I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to Crystal Acevedo the external Laison whom assisted with my mother’s admission to Palm Gardens. My mom is recovering nicely and staff is very patient yet pushes her to do her max. Very please with the facility and love that it is very close to home for my family. Therapy is all that and then some👍🏾

I am surprised that Palm Garden's has a 3 star in the google reviews. My mom has been at Palms for almost 3 months and it has been a great experience. At first the whole family was concerned at my mom going to any rehab facility after her stroke, however, that was immediately put at ease. The staff are great and are held accountable for any issues that might arise. The therapist are amazing and the office staff team we met with are as well. You can tell that they are there because they care and not just for a paycheck. The therapy room has top quality equipment. My dad is there 10 to 12 hours a day and has made good friends with the staff and other residents. He knows my mom is well taken care of. My mom now needs extended care and therapy beyond what was originally thought and we are hoping she can stay at Palm Garden although it seems that won't be possible. We don't know if we will be able to find another place like it. Our hearts ache in having to find another place or just deciding to bring her home even though we know she needs so much care. Palm Garden has become home.
