After moving to Florida 2.5 years ago we found ASGO's social group for my adult son. Everyone at ASGO is committed to our kids and committed to supporting them in so many ways. You get out of it what you put into it. You have to sign up for groups, you have to participate and you have to be willing to be involved. ALL money they collect is spent locally AND ON THEIR PROGRAMS. So blessed to be a part of this organization!

We have been part of ASGO for several years. I cannot be more grateful about this organization. They provide us with support, guidance, and a lot of activities and opportunities for our son. It has been a bless to us. I truly recommends it to every autism parent. Thank you ASGO for all you do for our families!

Thank You ASGO for all your advocacy efforts and for promoting the social skills our kids need. Our kids have a safe haven at all your activities.

They take money from the autism community to support mostly themselves. Of the $150,000 they collected in 2014, they spent over $100,000 on salary and overhead. If you can not pay the annual membership fee, they will not let you join. They offer no scholarships. This excludes poor autistic people who can not afford to pay their membership fee or their walk fee. They claim they are working to support all autistic people in central florida but this is a lie because they discriminate against poor autistic people who can not afford their fees. They also claim that 100% of their funding stays in central florida. This is misleading because most of their income from the public goes into their own pockets.
