When the new ClubCar was delivered it had flat spots on the tires. They picked it up, replaced the tires with radials instead of knobbies that normally comes with the lifted cart (per my request). Now it is great.

We are very grateful to find Custom Carts through the manager in our community. Marci in service was very helpful and knowledgeable about our Club Car cart and she got our service call setup quickly. They didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't already know that we needed. They came to the house and the service tech, Jake, was very knowledgeable and thorough and got most of our items repaired at our home. Their prices were very fair compared to my online research.
