Told me i was only going to be charged a certain amount and was charged double. Called to speak to the store rep that assisted me. Only to find out you cant speak to them. Not worth my time to go back. Switching back to tmobile today!!

The company sent a new router and modem telling me I needed to change out the old combo router modem for this new split set. That I could then drop it off at there location or have it picked up by a shipping company. I'm glad I pay a cable bill to be made to do manual labor and threatened to be billed for equipment you shipped to my house unsolicited, if I don't interrupt my life to save your company from paying staff.

Walked in for new service as i was interested in switching from verizon. However the 2 ladies working were on there phones just chatting not paying attention to us. When i finally said we are ready to be helped, she replied okay your going to have to give me a minute, mind you they werent doing anything but talking and giggling like high school girls. Going to the corporate store for phones today. Thank you kindly.
