Been doing business with Sleuth for a few years now and they have always came through, but, this time I have had my doubts that not even Sleuth could find an underground leak with no visible water coming out of the ground, we only knew there was a leak because the water meter was spinning rapidly while everything was off. To my surprise after a while, BAM! They found the needle in the hay stack! Thank you Sleuth, Mat and Shawn are amazing!!! Can't thank Sleuth enough. I discovered mildew and standing water under my tile during a renovation. He ruled out other causes quickly and provided tons of important info on water vapor, products to stop it etc. He charged a small fee and was in his way. I followed his advice and did my own research on vapor barriers and this solved the issue. Not to mention I saved thousands on additional work that wouldn't have fixed my problem. Thank you!!!
